    It is crucial that we do not lose the bright minds of tomorrow or overlook those in rural education settings. We must broaden the prospects for every student in Junior and Senior High School, as early education lays the foundation for success. We believe it is our collective duty to equip Africa's future leaders with fundamental and advanced skills!

    The Grow Ghana initiative provides young learners with practical training in essential digital and soft skills at the earliest opportunity. This pro-bono training is supported by partner startups, global volunteers, and generous donations.

And to grow and stand on our own feet, we need qualified jobs. But to put this into practice, we need empowered talents with the right skills and the right mindset. We challenge our current educational system and believe we can do more, especially when it comes to IT & Soft Skills.We cannot afford to lose promising talents on the way or forget them in rural schools. We need to create more chances for all students in Junior and Senior High School because early education is key. We think that we all have the responsibility to empower the future generation of Africa with basic, vital skills – and beyond!The Grow Ghana initiative supports young students in the school with hands-on training in digital & soft skills that really matter – as early as possible. The pro-bono trainings are financed by partner start-ups, global volunteers, and donations.

    Our programs have attracted over 200 volunteers who have dedicated their time and expertise to empower young learners, creating a vibrant network of support within our communities.
